Overview
Listen, Write, & Design is an original magazine that takes lessons from popular graphic design podcasts such as The Crazy One by Stephen Gates and adapts them through the lens of pop culture icons.
The final product pairs stunning imagery (much of which was modeled in Blender 3D) with well-structured layouts.
This project originated from a college assignment where we were required to build out a unique magazine spread every week. With that goal in mind, I decided to have every spread relate to an iconic piece of pop culture.

The design process started by crafting consistent elements such as headlines and running heads, then creating typographic layouts in Adobe InDesign. Artwork an illustrations were then developed in a mix of Blender and Photoshop.
